Eddy County Sheriff's Report for March

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Ronnie Horse, Bismarck. He is accused of driving under the influence on Hwy. 281 and refusing a chemical test. He was also cited for driving without a license, driving without insurance and having illegal lights on his vehicle. He failed to appear in court on March 13, which prompted the warrant.
