FREE Community Chat-Maintaining Your Mental Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Dakota Family Services is hosting a community chat, today at 1 p.m., to talk about the new normal we are all in right now. This is a free online event, open to the community.

Join us for an hour of conversation to talk about ways to deal with the new normal we all find ourselves in right now. We will talk about routines, schedules, and emotional well-being; as well as support each other in this journey.

The conversation will be led by Christy Wilkie, LCSW and Dr. Megan Spencer, both experts in behavioral health care.
