Official Newspaper of Eddy County since 1883

Transcript Publishing office is moving

We will be in our new office at 817 Central Avenue in New Rockford as of Monday, March 9.

Our office will be closed to walk-in traffic this week, from March 9 to 13, as we transition to the new space and settle in.

We will re-open to the public on Monday, March 16, with expanded offerings in custom printing, apparel and promotional items.

Yes, we will still print a newspaper this week! The “New Rockford Transcript” has been printed every week for the past 137 years, and we won’t let a little move change that. Our staff will be working in the new space to put together the paper, and as always we need your news and events to fill it. Submissions for news, advertising and opinion are accepted by phone at (701) 947-2417 or email to [email protected]. We’ll come to you for interviews, just as we always have.

Print copies of this edition of the newspaper will be available from our newsstand partners: Miller’s Fresh Foods, CenDak Cooperative, Mick’s 281 Service, Central Pharmacy, Rockford Cafe and Casey’s General Store. Remember we also have the entire newspaper published online at http://www.newrockfordtranscript.com.

UPS package drop-offs with labels affixed can be brought to the Latte Lobby for processing. We will not, however, be accepting packages for shipment this week.

Come see us on Tuesday, March 17 during the Shamrock Shimmy local shopping event organized by the Chamber of Commerce and NRABC. This event will double as our public “Grand Opening” in the new space, and we are excited to show you what we’ve done with this downtown structure to better serve the community.
