Otter Tail Power Company donates $1,500 for new dugouts at North Park

Chans Price of Otter Tail Power presents Park District Manager Dennis Nybo with a donation to jumpstart the renovation of the baseball diamond dugouts at the Archie Jessie Campbell Memorial Park (also known as North Park).
