Always be kind

The Rockets Kindness Club at New Rockford-Sheyenne Schol welcomed their fellow students to class on World Kindness Day, observed on Wednesday, Nov. 13. They held up signs, gave high-fives and set up a streamer walk through, putting smiles on others' faces to start the day. The student-led group was started nearly two years ago by third graders at the school, a few who are pictured here. Social media lit up with World Kindness Day memes and graphics that day as well. Many donned cardigans to celebrate the kindness that Fred Rogers, star of the popular PBS show Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, shared with so many.
