Darlene Yvonne Haugen, 79, of New Rockford, passed away Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, at the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd in New Rockford. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Nov. 9 at the First Lutheran Church in New Rockford. Rev.
