Emergency Manager urges all affected parties to keep records of flood-related losses and repair costs
Eddy County Emergency Manager Jess Earle stressed the importance of taking photos before, during and after repair work is done to the damage caused by flooding. All receipts for work completed should be kept as well, she said during the Eddy County Commission’s Nov. 5 meeting.
“(The state) is looking at us to provide the damage assessments for them,” she noted. “They can’t get anybody out here.”
