NRCS now accepting EQIP applications

November 4, 2019

EQIP is a program available to farmers and landowners that offers payments for over 100 basic conservation practices. Through EQIP, you can voluntarily implement conservation practices such as cover crops, grass seedlings, livestock water sources, reduced tillage cropland management, variable rate roil testing and many more. NRCS will offer technical and financial assistance in implementing these practices.

Each farm faces a unique set of challenges. Through our conservation planning process, we can assist you in understanding and treating these challenges.

To learn if EQIP is a good fit for you, contact your local NRCS office.

Please note: Submitting an application now does not commit applicants to anything, but will make you eligible to be considered for funding when it does become available.
