CenDak's new fertilizer facility boasts 2,400 ton capacity and two 16-ton blenders.
It was a milestone moment for CenDak Cooperative on Friday, Sept. 20. The first truckload of fertilizer was unloaded into the cooperative's new fertilizer facility that day. Now farmers can look forward to faster loading, custom blending and better supply right here in New Rockford.
Planning began during the summer of 2018, and cooperative officials approached the City of New Rockford last September with a proposal to buy land north of the airport, adjacent to the company's propane yard.
