It's a wrap: youth football season to end this week

A total of 35 youth in grades 3-6 are participating the NR-S Youth Football program this fall.

Both teams were 0-4 as of press time, with two contests against Griggs County before playoffs begin Thursday, Sept. 26.

The teams compete in a league with peers from Harvey/Wells County, Carrington and Griggs County. They play a total of six games in the six-week season.

Even though it was a tough year for the Rockets, the players gained skills and experience to take with them as they advance to higher levels of play.
