Best of Buddies group "Gives Back" and gathers for year-end send off

 The East Central Center for Exception Children social group, known as "Best Of Buddies," or simply BOB, gathered on Tuesday, May 21 for one last gathering this year.

 The primary reason for their outing was to take part in a Give Back Day. The buddies volunteered at the Carrington City Park by painting a few of the park fences.

 After the job was done, the buddies went to Pizza Ranch, where they enjoyed the buffet.

 They then celebrated and wished Mariah Duchscherer best of luck with cake and ice cream, as she will now be moving into the workforce. We at the New Rockford Transcript wish her the best of luck, as she has spent the last two years volunteering with us as part of the vocational training program at East Central, and has done a great job.
