*Devils Lake, Ed’s Bait Shop, Devils Lake: Fair to good walleye success on the west, shallow end of Devils Lake. Good around the bridges, 6-Mile Bay, and Channel A for a nice mix of white bass and walleye. Try slip bobbers with leeches from boat or pitching jigs from shore for walleye. Pike remain good.

*Devils Lake, Lakeview Lodge, Minnewaukan: Improving walleye activity with warmer weather. Try slip bobbers with leeches or minnows and locate areas with warm, shallow water. Fish taking only slow presentations yet. Pike remain good.

*Devils Lake, Woodland Resort, Devils Lake: Warmer weather improving walleye and white bass activity. Try slip bobbers along roadway rocks from shore. Look for increasingly better success as water and air temperatures warm.

*Foster County area lakes, Dry Dock, Carrington: Activity remains limited and light on area lakes with ongoing cool weather.

*Jamestown Reservoir, Pioneer Bait and Tackle, Jamestown: A little improvement in walleye activity on some small area lakes using minnows. Some activity on the James River but limited reports.

*Lake Ashtabula, Bayshore, Valley City: Not much activity although those fishing for bass are finding fair success.

*Lake Sakakawea, Cenex Bait and Tackle, Garrison: East end of Lake Sakakawea still quiet for walleye as the spawn wraps up. Spotty walleye success on the east end of Lake Audubon using jigs and minnows. Missouri River tailrace fair for walleye from boats.
