Brent J. Pavelka of Devils Lake was sentenced for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both Class B Misdemeanors. The charges stemmed from a March 5 traffic stop on Hwy. 281, where a subsequent search of his vehicle yielded marijuana and paraphernalia.
