New Rockford and Brantford area folks extend sympathy to the Gary Peters family.

Leo and Janet were in Carrington Thursday, on medical business.

Saturday, Todd and Karen Koepplin, Aaron Koepplin and Danielle Beckley were among gracious host to a 50th Wedding Anniversary open house celebration at the New Rockford Golf Club for dad and mom Martin and Janelle Koepplin. Despite the snow and nasty roads, many family, friends and neighbors brought good wishes, enjoyed punch, chips and numerous dips and a special cake, taking pictures, signing a special guest board. Aaron emceed a fun game of “The Newlywed Game”. All enjoyed the table center pieces of pictures of Martin and Janelle over the 50 years.

Tuesday, Shirley Packard was among the ladies to attend the Legion Auxiliary meeting at the American Legion in New Rockford. The ladies shared supper with the men prior to both meetings.

Wednesday, Amanda Bickett and Izzy, picked up parents, Ken and Marvis Holte, and they drove to Jamestown where Izzy had a vet appointment. Friday, the Holte’s returned to Jamestown, did some shopping, picked up daughters Fayette and enjoyed a visit over coffee.

Sunday, Shirley Packard, Calvin Packard, Todd Harrison and Martin and Eloise Lucht were among those who took in the annual torske dinner at the VFW Club in Sheyenne.

Ryan and Laura Hager became proud parents of baby boy, Owen Nicholas, Tuesday, March 5, 2019. Owen weighed in at 8 lbs., 11oz. and joins sister Josslyn and brothers Jakoby and Damian.

Ash Wednesday found Shirley Packard and Calvin enjoying soup and sandwich supper at Grace Lutheran Church in Carrington, prior to worship service.

Friday, Tim Hartl and Calvin Packard were in Fargo where Calvin had an appointment at the VA clinic.
