Letter to the Editor: N.D. Legislature is working against families

It almost appears as if the North Dakota Legislature is working against families and the health of infants. In a shocking 61-32 vote, the ND House defeated HB 1330 a bill to improve the state’s current breastfeeding law. The bill sponsored by Rep.
