Calvin Packard and mom, Shirley, were among the many to enjoy the community Christmas dinner at Ostby Hall in Sheyenne. Later back at Shirley's they opened gifts and enjoyed a couple of games of Rubik's Cube. Christmas Eve day the Packards took greetings to Kim and Kevin Johnson. Todd Harrison and son Alex were visitors at Shirley's.

Christmas Eve found Martin and Eloise Lucht in Devils Lake enjoying a tasty taco bar and visiting at the Tom and Dawn Stoe home. They were overnighters at the Jay and Heidi Sclmeider home and Christmas Day found them enjoying time at the Glen and Ardy Salisbury home. During their holiday they also enjoyed the company of pets including five happy canines and one unhappy fat cat

Ken and Marvis Holte enjoyed Christmas dinner at the Cody and Amanda Bickett home and holiday calls from son Loren and family of Bismarck and granddaughter McKenzie and sister Ardy Yates of Arkansas.

Christmas Eve supper guest at the Candy Jensen home was Charlotte Koepplin. The gals enjoyed visiting and exchanging gifts. Christmas Day found Candy accompanying Terry and Sandy Koepplin to the David and Melony Allmaras ranch where they joined other family for dinner and gift exchange.

Christmas dinner guests at the Todd and Karen Koepplin farm were Aaron Koepplin and Kerigan, Danielle Beckley, Carter and Chevelle, Allyssa Koepplin, Ross Lewis, Kalli Koepplin, Kread Koepplin and Charlotte Koepplin. All enjoyed yummy goodies, a fun gift game and a fun game of Catch Phrase.

Monday Calvin Packard and mom, Shirley, were in Carrington on business and pleasure.

Sunday evening visitors at the Ken and Marvis Holte home were Cody and Amanda Bickett and Izzy. All enjoyed a few games of cards.

Wednesday grandson Scott Laube and Annie and friend Nikki of Fargo brought Christmas greetings and goodies to Leo and Janet Laube.

Martin and Janelle Koepplin and KC returned home Saturday after a week over Christmas with daughter Trisha and Jay McMonagle, Wylie, Zaylie, Baxter and Max in Brainerd, Minn. Sunday afternoon they stopped in at the Charlotte Koepplin home with an ice cream treat.

Todd and Karen Koepplin drove to Dickinson Saturday where they were guests over New Year's of their daughter Allyssa and Ross Lewis.

Martin and Eloise Lucht received a holiday call from son Larry and family of West Virginia where the total rainfall for 2018 has been 45 inches.
