NDHP and NDDOT urge caution as snowplows clear roads

BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP) and North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) urge motorists to exercise caution while snowplows are working to clear highways.
