Sunday morning early Christmas greeters at the Candy Jensen home were son Jerrod and Angie Holte of Mapelton. They enjoyed a visit and gift exchange.

Thursday Martin and Janelle Koepplin treated son Aaron and Chevelle to brunch at the Rockford Cafe and later all stopped in for a short visit at the Charlotte Koepplin home. Later Charlotte was a supper guest at Martin and Janelle’s.

Charles Richter was host to an annual oyster stew supper at his home Thursday with guests Dale and Diane Rosenberg bringing the oysters, Roger Topp and Ervin Longnecker.

New Rockford and area folks extend sympathy to the families of Ted Dauenhauer and Dorothy O'Connor.

Monday visitor at the Shirley Packard home was nephew, Todd Harrison.

Martin and Eloise Lucht drove to Devils Lake Friday where they kept eye appointments. Later they were treated to supper at the Cove by Jay and Heidi Schneider as an early Christmas celebration as the Schneiders, Caleb and Callie were soon to be on their way the Las Vegas for the holidays.

Saturday found son Jerrod and Angie Holte bringing Christmas greetings to Ken and Marvis Holte. All enjoyed visiting and a gift exchange.

Sunday afternoon Janet Laube took holiday greetings and goodies to neighbor Gerda Backman and enjoyed a chat.

Martin and Janelle Koepplin and KC enjoyed the Christmas Holidays with daughter Trisha and Jay McMonagle, Wylie, Zaylie, Baxter and Max in Brainerd, Minn.

Ken and Marvis Holte received a holiday wishes phone call from Marvis sister, Penny Sorells from Minnesota. The Sorells’s oldest son and girlfriend were spending the holidays in Austria.

Lois, Tait and Amber Feigert from Jamestown, were recent visitors of Gary Lindquist. They went out for lunch. Mary Koenig and her son James Ziegler, also came over to visit after they had lunch. The Feigert’s left for home later in the day. A good time was had by all.
