The gingerbread house artists: Chloe Heinz, Elizabeth Widmer, Tucker Longnecker, Dani Bjerke, Mya Cudworth and Cassie Longnecker.
On Sunday, Dec. 2, the high school youth gathered for the second annual gingerbread house decorating contest at the First Lutheran Church located in New Rockford.
It was a stiff competition, the room was quiet, nothing was stirring, not even a mouse, as the wheels of creativity begin to spin.
The kids had a great time as Pastor Doug Nemitz wandered around giving his words of encouragement....
