Letter to the Editor: Not a fan of proposed changes to N.D. Higher Education governance

Dear Editor:

A lot of North Dakota residents were probably surprised, as I was, recently by the recommendation of Board of Higher Education ‘Task Force’ recommending a ‘new & improved’ method of governing the eleven institutions of higher education in our state!
