Gail Dawn (Backman) Klumph, 62, died on Nov. 13, 2018 at Sanford Health in Bismarck, N.D. Funeral services were held Nov. 17 at the First Congregational Church, New Rockford, burial was at the Prairie Home Cemetery in New Rockford. Rev.
