Obituary: Janice Dockter

Janice Marie Dockter, 77, of New Rockford, N.D., passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2018. Funeral service was held on Nov. 16 at St. John's Catholic Church in New Rockford. Burial will be at Prairie Home Cemetery in New Rockford. Fr.
