Chamber's holiday promotions encourage residents to shop local

With Christmas just six weeks away, the New Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce encourages residents to shop locally this holiday season by sponsoring two popular shopping promotions: the Jolly Jingle Drawings and the Shop Local loan program.
