The New Rockford-Sheyenne (NR-S) girls volleyball team had a busy week with region games on Thursday Oct. 11, Monday Oct. 15 and Tuesday Oct 16.
In all three region matches, the Rockets competed hard and claimed several set wins.
On Thursday Oct. 11, the Rockets traveled to Rolette-Wolford to take on the Comets. The Rockets won three sets in a row to win the game. The final set scores were 25-16, 25-18 and 25-21.

On Tuesday Oct. 16, NR-S hosted the Langdon-Edmore-Munich (LEM) Cardinals. The NR-S girls played their hearts out, giving the Cardinals a challenge during each set. However, LEM walked away with the win with a final score of NR-S 0, LEM 3. Set scores were 15-25, 13-25 and 11-25.
