Logan takes plea deal

 Jessica Logan of Warwick appeared in court on July 25, where a jury awaited to hear her case. She had been arrested for possession of a short barrel (sawed off) shotgun, a Class C felony, and misdemeanor charges of unlawful use of a license plate and driving under suspension on January 16.
