FFA and 4-H members from across the state traveled to Eddy County on Thursday, August 2 to compete in the North Dakota State Land Judging Contest. This is the first time that Eddy County has hosted the event, and more than 60 participants spent time "in the pits" evaluating land to determine a class of soil and suggest improvements and management practices.
