The Rocket archery team was 72 strong at the North Dakota State NASP Tournament on March 15 and 16. Competing in both bullseye and 3D, the locals represented New Rockford-Sheyenne well. At Barnes County North, the locals had the most success in the 3D tournament, where 15 archers secured top 10 finishes in their respective divisions. The Triple Threat, the esports co-op of NR-S, Hazen and Garrison, sent two teams to this year's state esports tournament. Carrington’s boys wrestlers won one of their three Saturday dual matches at the State Class B Dual Wrestling Tournament Saturday, Feb. 17, and took home seventh place.
