    NR-S senior Kayahna Hopfauf will be suiting up for the Lake Region State College Lady Royals' volleyball team in 2021. The 5'10" middle hitter, who accumulated 455 kills, 96 blocks, 27 aces and 74 digs during her career with the Rockets, will join Coach Steve Waddell's program next fall.     The New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets are gearing up for the start of their winter athletic season, and both the boys and girls basketball teams will be on the court this week.
