    Biologists Monitoring Deer Mortality Due to EHD Wildlife biologists have been monitoring an ongoing mortality event in white-tailed deer in western North Dakota.     Due to the rise of COVID-19 cases in Eddy County, the courthouse is closed to the public and accessible by appointment only. The Eddy County Commission recommends that all visitors wear a mask when entering the courthouse.
