    Three youth from New Rockford participated in the Region 6 Knights of Columbus Free Throw contest held in Valley City on Sunday, March 3. All participants had prevailed in their district competition. Each youth shot a total of 25 free throws.     Emergency Manager for Eddy and Foster counties, Jess Earle, met with Eddy County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 5. Earle attended a Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) meeting on Feb. 20.
